Sky Lakes Medical Center

Sky Lakes Medical Center is a nationally accredited, not-for-profit community-based hospital that provides a full range of healthcare services for a 10,000 square-mile area in south central Oregon and northern California.  It also happens to be the first Blue Zones Project approved business in the Pacific Northwest. 

The medical center is licensed for 176-beds and features highly modern equipment including health information technology and diagnostic imaging. The hospital has a recently expanded vascular lab, two newly remodeled catheterization labs, a cancer treatment center, an outpatient dialysis center and a fully integrated electronic health record (Epic) for both inpatient and outpatient care.

The center's Family Birth Center has been featured in national publications for the high quality delivery of family-centered care. The hospital-based Child Abuse Resource and Evaluation Services (CARES) unit addresses the medical needs of children who may be victims of abuse. Additionally, Sky Lake’s Medical Center is recognized nationally in Pulmonary, Cardiac and Orthopedic care.

The staff of over 120 physicians comprise an innovative group of patient-oriented professionals, dedicated to the highest ideals of medical practice. Residents are welcomed as colleagues among our medical staff.


Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center

Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center - a 100,000-square-foot, $50 million project created in collaboration with Oregon Health and Science University.  New home to Cascades East Family Medicine Clinic, Sky Lakes Primary Care Clinic, and OHSU campus for rural health.

Cascades East Family Medicine Clinic is located on the first floor and has 41 exam rooms, 2 state of the art procedure rooms & on-site lab & X-Ray services.
